These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Galific Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the EnrichLi platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

EnrichLi is an AI-powered lead scoring platform that analyzes lead data from LinkedIn profiles and company websites to provide confidence scores and insights for sales teams. Our Service includes:

• Lead data enrichment and analysis
• AI-powered lead scoring (1-10 scale)
• Company and individual profile insights
• Data export and integration capabilities
• Credit-based pricing system

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload or process data without proper consent or legal basis
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in unauthorized marketing
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform

5. Data and Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• You have the legal right to process the lead data you upload

• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for data processing

6. Payment Terms

EnrichLi operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 50 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed for lead processing
• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Unused credits do not expire but are tied to your active account
• All payments in India are processed through Razorpay

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Galific Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability
• Update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALIFIC SOLUTIONS PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Galific Solutions Pvt Ltd from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. International Users and GDPR

Important Notice for EU Residents: While we serve users globally, we are an India-based company and may not be fully compliant with all GDPR requirements. By using our Service from the European Union, you acknowledge and accept:

• Your data will be processed and stored in India
• We may not meet all GDPR compliance standards
• You are using the Service at your own risk regarding data protection
• You should carefully review our Privacy Policy before proceeding

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
